Structural Design
Have a special request or design in mind? Our design department can make any type of box happen. We use the lastest ArtiosCAD software and state of the art equipment to produce a prototype or sample. Herman Packaging prides itself in creating one-of-a-kind designs to ensure the client's needs are met and the product fits.
E-commerce & High Graphic Packaging
HPC offers a wide variety of options to print for whatever your budget may be. We offer budget friendly flexographic print to high-end lithographic and digital capabilities. We use GCMI and Pantones to make sure we stay true to your brand. We additionally have the capability of adding coatings in a single pass.
Specialty Diecutting
Have intricate diecut boxes or RSC's that need to be cut precisely? We have special diecutting capabilities on our presses. We can cut different substrates from 1/16" to 3/8" corrugated, chloroplast (plastic corrugated) to litho laminated corrugated stock.
Specialty Gluing
Our equipment allows us to glue a multitude of different style boxes. We have the ability to glue intricate diecuts, shelf-ready packaging, retail displays, 4 corner trays and auto-lock bottom boxes. Whether you are trying to get into retail or trying to run a leaner operation with auto-lock bottom boxes, which eliminates the use of tape and saves time, we have the right equipment to make it happen.
Kitting and Assembly
We can kit, assemble and ship directly to the end user or retailer on time and within budget. We handle any size needs. Keeping the project under one roof can also save you time and money in managing your display projects and warehouse space.
Warehousing & Fulfillment
Herman Packaging can warehouse customers' inventory allowing space for our customers when ordering at volume. We will safely store your merchandise in our warehouse for the time requested, then ship and deliver as needed.
